1. Cooling-Off Period Is Not a Trial Period
According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (including weekends and public holidays) starting from the date of receipt. This period allows you to inspect the product without opening the packaging. Returns must be requested within this 7-day window. Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period; used or opened products are not eligible for return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Important Notes on Returns
- Returned items must be in brand-new condition, with all original packaging, gifts, accessories, documents, and any included materials intact (e.g., product box, inner packaging, instruction cards, plastic sleeves, product seals, etc.).
- Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt (including holidays) along with the original invoice and a signed Credit Note or related legal documents, otherwise, The Gluck Lab International Co., Ltd. reserves the right to reject the return.
- Please use the original outer carton to repack your return. If it is unavailable, use another sturdy box. Do notattach labels or write directly on the original product packaging.
- If any item is returned damaged or incomplete, Der ZÖMAR reserves the right to deduct the refund amount based on the extent of damage.
- Once all return procedures are completed and the product is received in intact condition, our customer service team will promptly process your refund.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., ordering the wrong item, style, or size, or simply disliking the product), please contact customer service. In such cases, you will be responsible for the shipping fees involved in the return or exchange.
- For credit card payments, refunds will be issued via credit reversal directly to your card. Processing times may vary by bank and take approximately 5–7 business days. Depending on your billing cycle, the refund may appear on your current or next statement. For other payment methods, customer service will contact you to arrange the refund.
- You agree that each return will authorize The Gluck Lab International Co., Ltd. to handle the issuance of the “Uniform Invoice Return or Allowance Certificate” in accordance with legal requirements.
- By contacting customer service to request a return, you acknowledge and agree to the full return policy outlined above. Please contact us via email or live chat and provide the following information:
- Order number
- Name, phone number, and email address
- Reason for return or exchange
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Returns requested after the 7-day cooling-off period
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging (e.g., packaging seals or boxes have been removed or damaged)
- Missing invoices
- Opened products are non-returnable unless there is a product defect
