How do I register as a Der ZÖMAR member?
Click “Log In” > “Sign Up,” enter your email and set a password (minimum 8 characters). You may also register quickly using third-party login via Facebook or LINE.

What if I forget my password?
Click “Forgot Password” and enter the email you used to register. A reset link will be sent to your email. Please log in and reset your password after receiving it.

How do I view or edit my profile and orders?
Click “My Account” at the top right of the website to access:
Profile, Points, Shopping Credits, Coupons, Messages, and Orders — all available for instant updates, checking coupon expiration, and tracking orders.

How do I redeem member points for gifts?
Go to:
My Account > Points > Redeem Gifts > Select Reward Item > Add to Cart. Then proceed to checkout with your selected products.

How do I apply shopping credits, discount codes, or use points?
Go to your Shopping Cart > Order Info, then:

  • Select Apply Shopping Credits
  • Use Points for Discount
  • Enter Promo Code
    Click "Apply" and your total will update. Proceed to checkout.

How can I check my order status?
Visit My Account > Orders to view the current status.
For store pickup orders, click the logistics provider’s link and enter your order number to track shipping in real time.

How often should I use the face mask? Do I need to rinse it off?
We recommend using 2–3 times a week. Our botanical masks do not require rinsing. Gently massage the essence into your skin after removing the mask to enhance absorption. Adjust based on your personal routine.

Is the mask suitable for sensitive skin?
As everyone's skin is different, we suggest doing a patch test before use. Apply a small amount of essence to the inner arm or behind the ear. Wait 30 minutes. If no irritation occurs, you may proceed with full use.

Is it normal to feel a tingling sensation when using the product?
Possible causes:

  1. Severely dehydrated skin — your skin may react temporarily as it adjusts.
  2. Open wounds or acne scars — we recommend avoiding use on damaged skin.
  3. Skin incompatibility — if you have sensitive skin, always patch-test or check known allergens.

Do your products contain alcohol, preservatives, fragrance, or optical brighteners?
Our leave-on products are free from alcohol, fragrance, optical brighteners, and artificial colorants. All products are also free from Parabens, MI, and MCI preservatives.

Are Der ZÖMAR products tested?
Yes. All products undergo third-party SGS testing and meet regulations regarding total aerobic microbial count, four major microbes, and heavy metals (arsenic, mercury, lead, cadmium).
